Digital Impressions

We accept digital impressions from most major intraoral scanners. Follow the protocols below to add Mid-South Dental Lab to your scanner.

Sirona

  • Log in to Cerec Connect at www.sirona-connect.com
  • Select “My Cerec Connect,” then “Edit Account”
  • Under “My Account,” select “My Favorite Laboratories”
  • Type “Mid-South Dental Lab” in the field for “Company Name,” then “37027” for Zip Code
  • Click “FIND”
  • Check the box that says “Mid-South Dental Lab”
  • Click “ADD” to complete the registration
  • When sending a case, add “Send to “Mid-South Dental Lab” in the notes

Trios – 3shape

Option 1

  • Go to https://us.3shapecommunicate.com
  • Select “CONNECTIONS”
  • Request a connection with Mid-South Dental Lab or search midsouthlab@yahoo.com
  • Call Mid-South Dental Lab at 615-790-7637 to let us know you have requested a connection
  • After your connection to Mid-South Dental Lab is approved, select Mid-South Dental Lab when sending files

Option 2

Send an email to us at office@midsouthdentallab.com or call us to provide our team with your email address, and we can send you an invitation to connect

iTero

Option 1

  • Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero scanner
  • Connect with Mid-South Dental Lab using our Company ID: 30488
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select “Mid-South Dental Lab” on your scanner when sending files

Option 2

  • Call 800-577-8767
  • Select Option 1
  • Request that Mid-South Dental Lab is added to your scanner. Identify our lab using our phone number 615-790-7637
  • After Mid-South Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select Mid-South Dental Lab on your scanner when sending file

Medit i500

  • Log into www.meditlink.com with the administrator account
  • Go to “Partners on the left pane”
  • Search for “Mid-South Dental Lab” and click the “Request Partnership” button
  • You’ll see that the lab has been added to the “My Partner List” with the status reflected as “Partnership Pending”

Carestream

  • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
  • Search for Mid-South Dental Lab
  • Add Mid-South Dental Lab
  • Select Mid-South Dental Lab when submitting scans or raw .STL files
  • Email Mid-South Dental Lab at Office@midsouthdentallab.com
